Hi NallaVijay,

The pre-req's can be found on the landing page: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd203468.aspx#SystemRequirements

You will need to have Visual Studio extensions for WSS (VSeWSS) March CTP installed (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=FB9D4B85-DA2A-432E-91FB-D505199C49F6&displaylang=en) and you will need to install the Silverlight SDK (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=8d933343-038f-499c-986c-c3c7e87a60b3).

We also have two solutions for both reference implementations, one with tests and one without.  If you want to compile the version with the tests, you will need to install a third party product, TypeMock.  TypeMock has a free trial version, and a reduced cost SharePoint version.  TypeMock can deal with some of the complications with replacing the implementations of the SharePoint classes (sealed classes, private constructors, no interfaces) that other mocking frameworks can not.  However you only need to worry about this area if you want to see/use the unit tests, otherwise you can open the project without unit tests to see all of the implemented functionality.
